Introduction

Welcome to Las Vegas Combat Academy, located at 1122 Vista Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89102. Our mission is to provide high-quality combat sports training, including Krav Maga, in a safe and supportive environment. These terms and conditions govern your membership and participation in any class, session, or activity conducted by Las Vegas Combat Academy (hereinafter referred to as “the Academy”). By accessing our facilities and engaging in training sessions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

Membership and Fees

• Membership is open to individuals who agree to abide by the Academy’s terms and conditions and complete the registration process, including the provision of accurate and current information.
• Membership fees are due as per the selected membership plan. Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension or termination of membership.
• The Academy reserves the right to modify membership fees or introduce new fees at any time, with reasonable notice to members.

Health and Safety

• Members must complete a health declaration form and disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely in training sessions.
• The Academy commits to maintaining a safe training environment but members acknowledge that combat sports involve a risk of injury. By participating, members accept these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by instructors.

Liability Waiver

• Members agree to waive and release the Academy, its owners, instructors, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from injury, loss, or damage of any kind sustained while participating in Academy activities or while on Academy premises.
• This waiver does not cover injuries or damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent acts of the Academy or its staff.

Conduct and Discipline

• Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and disciplined manner, showing respect to instructors and fellow members at all times.
• The Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for misconduct, including but not limited to, harassment, bullying, and physical or verbal abuse.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined in their membership agreement.
• Refunds for membership fees are not provided, except under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Academy.
